Alexandre Romeiro
Partner responsible for the Structured Operations and Distribution Department. Previously, he worked as a Senior Executive at Banco BTG Pactual for 12 years, managing and structuring the High Yield and High-Grade proprietary credit books. At BTG he also worked at the bank’s Reinsurance Company, where he was responsible for credit, claims, and development of new products. He also worked at ASM Asset Management and Globalstar do Brasil AS. He graduated in Business Administration from Candido Mendes University.
Erick Guedes, CFA
Partner and one of those responsible for M&A operations, debt structuring, and business management. Previously, he served as an executive partner at Bozano Investimentos, XP Investimentos, Banco Safra, and Banco Pactual, evaluating liquid and illiquid companies from different sectors. He also worked in Corporate Banking at Lloyds Bank and in business economic consulting dedicated to the defense of competition serving large national industries. He graduated in Economics from PUC-RJ (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro), has an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ (Brazilian Capital Market Institute of Rio de Janeiro), and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) certification.

Partner and co-Head of the Investor Relations Department. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Banco WestLB in Brazil, being one of those responsible for the relationship with corporate clients (1996-1999) and fixed income trader at the NorChem S/A and Chase Manhattan banks (1993-1996).
Carlos Henrique Lorentz
Partner responsible for the Controllership Department. Previously, he worked at Banco BBM (1993-1998) in the Management, International Middle-Office, and Real Estate departments, the latter as a treasurer. He completed the MBA in Finance developed for Banco BBM by EPGE/FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation’s School of Economics and Finance). He graduated in Mechanical Production Engineering from PUC-Rio (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro).
Roberto Vaimberg
Partner responsible for the Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Technology departments. Previously, he was the Customer Services Director at the insurance company Icatu Hartford, responsible for the Operations, Technology, Call Center and Corporate Services departments (2002-2008), risk manager and allocator at Utor Investimentos (2001-2002) and the responsible for Banco Icatu’s Operations Department (1994-2001). He obtained a postgraduate degree in Finance from IBMEC-RJ (Brazilian Capital Market Institute of Rio de Janeiro), and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, after graduating in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from PUC-Rio.
José Pugas
Partner and Head of Sustainability. He has been working in agribusiness, innovation, and sustainability for over 15 years, with projects developed with the main players in the sector, governments, and international development entities. He was Vice-President of the ICLFS (Integrated crop-livestock-forestry systems) Network and is a participant in the main sustainable agricultural think tanks in the country. Pugas is a political scientist, who graduated in Law from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and in Cultural and Media Studies from UFF (Fluminense Federal University), besides that, he holds postgraduate degrees in Agribusiness, Sustainability, and Political Sciences from ESALQ/USP (Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture), and IUPERJ (Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro).
Guilherme Branquinho

Fernando de Paula Rocha

Previously, he was Chief Economist at Banco Banif-Primus (2000), and an analyst in the Research Department at the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (1997-99). Fernando is a member of the ANBIMA’s Economic Council and a columnist at Valor Econômico. Thiago Lima
Partner at JGP Real Estate, member of the investment committee, and real estate funds portfolio manager. Thiago has more than 20 years of experience in investment, management, and real estate operations. He worked at Prudential Real Estate Investors Latin America, (JV Prudential/Icatu), Multiplan, and Brmalls, where he was the Director of M&A, Corporate Finance and Development, helping the company become the leading shopping mall company in Latin America. In 2013, he became the CEO of REP Real Estate Partners (Vinci Partners/PDG), a private company focused on medium-sized shopping malls and strip malls. Thiago co-founded Brazil Residential Care and became the CEO of Saphyr (his Investimentos) in 2017. He graduated in Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with an MBA from IBMEC (Brazilian Capital Market Institute), an EDP from Wharton Business School, an OPM from Harvard Business School, and is a member of YPO Brasil (Young Presidents Organization).
Carla Morais
