Partner and one of those responsible for emerging market strategies in multi-market funds, focusing on emerging countries excluding Brazil. Previously, he was a macroeconomist at JGP, covering G10 countries. Prior to that, he worked as an economist at Canepa Asset (2017-2019). Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Finance from PUC-Rio and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UFF.

Partner and a member of the Investor Relations team since 2021, responsible for coverage of institutional clients. Previously, she was part of the Institutional Distribution team at XP, focused on business development with pension funds, insurance companies, and public pension funds (2019–2021). She worked in Equity Sales at StoneX (2017–2019) and at Banco Brasil Plural (2016–2017). She holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC-RJ.

Partner and Macroeconomist responsible for G10 country coverage. He began his career at JGP, working on the Emerging Markets team. He holds a degree in Economics from UFRJ.

Partner and one of the equity managers for JGP’s multi-strategy funds. Previously, he founded Itaverá Investimentos in 2014, where he was the fund manager until the company was acquired by Blueline Asset Management in 2023, remaining with the company until 2024. Prior to that, he was a founding partner at Oceana Investimentos, working as an analyst and portfolio manager for the Oceana Valor fund (2008-2013), and worked at Arx Capital as an equity analyst and portfolio manager (2004-2008). He began his career at Banco Pactual as an equity analyst (1997-2004). He holds a degree in Economics from Wichita State University and has an extension in Business Analysis from Harvard Business School.

He is a Partner at JGP Real Estate and a Real Estate fund manager. Flavio has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, having worked across all stages of the real estate investment and business management cycle. Prior to joining JGP in 2024, he coordinated more than BRL 1 billion in investments in assets across Brazil, in addition to leading the Finance and Business Development areas at companies such as Gafisa (2021–2023), Alqia (2014–2021), and Ancar (2011–2014), as well as holding positions at Rossi Residencial and Carioca Engenharia. He holds a degree in Engineering from UFF, an Executive MBA from COPPEAD, an ELD from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and CGA | CGE certifications (ANBIMA).

Partner and member of the Investor Relations team at JGP since 2011. He holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Finance from PUC-Rio (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro), and graduated in Economics from the same institution. In 2015, he obtained the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) title.

Partner and co-Head of the Investor Relations Department. Previously, he worked as a FOF manager at BNY Mel’on’s Wealth Management (2003-2011) and was a macroeconomic and management control analyst at Banco Icatu (2001-2003). He obtained a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation) after graduating in Economics from UFF (Fluminense Federal University), and holds the ESG Investing certification from CFA Institute.

Partner and member of the Investor Relations team in São Paulo. Between 2013 and 2018, he worked in the Investor Relations Department at JGP Asset Management. He started his career in 2011 in the JGP Asset Management’s back-office Department, where he remained for two years. Since 2015, he has held the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) title. He graduated in Economics from IBMEC (Brazilian Capital Market Institute).

Partner and member of the Investor Relations team in Rio de Janeiro. Previously, Tiago worked at Itaú Private Bank since 2013, being responsible for the relationship with Ultra High Net Worth clients. He graduated in Business Administration from PUC-RJ (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro) and holds an MBA in Investment Management from the same institution, and the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) certification since 2014.

Founding partner and responsible for the Mergers and Acquisitions operations. Previously, he was part of the structuring of Banco Pactual’s commercial credit segment and later served in the Investment Banking Department working with private debt structuring and M&A. He was also an executive at Lloyds TSB Bank Plc and Citibank S/A. He graduated in Economics with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC (Brazilian Capital Market Institute) and holds a Series 6 certification (SEC – Security Exchange Commission).

Partner and one of those responsible for the execution of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) operations. Previously he was part of the XP Asset Management team and was a partner at the multi-family office KBO Capital. He graduated in Production Engineering from PUC-RJ (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro), with a specialization in Finance from COPPEAD-UFRJ (Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and an extension course in Valuation from NYU Stern.

Founding partner and responsible for the Execution/Middle Department. Previously he was a partner at Latitude Gestão e Finanças, where he coordinated the M&A processes in different sectors (retail, energy, real estate, credit, among others) and worked as an investment advisor for individuals (Wealth Management). He worked at Rio-Negócios as a Investor Relations manager. He graduated in Economics from PUC-Rio (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro) and has a Master’s degree in Finance with an Investments specialization from the Edward St. Ageno School of Business.
