We are an independent asset management company with extensive investment experience in Brazil and abroad. JGP was founded in 1998 by a group of professionals who have been working together since the early 1990s.
Since our foundation, our goal has been to achieve excellence in funds management, aiming to combine consistent returns with active risk management to preserve the capital invested by our clients. Since 2020, we have integrated ESG concepts into our analysis and management processes.
We count on an experienced and multidisciplinary team that manages a full range of funds: multi-strategy funds, equity funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, and retirement plans.
We also count on departments specialized in wealth management for high-net-worth families and Private Pensions: JGP Wealth and JGP Portfolio Solutions. Our focus is to understand our clients’ risk profiles and needs, in order to build customized portfolios to meet their demands.
Recently, we celebrated an association with L6 Capital, an investment boutique focused on Mergers and Acquisitions and credit assets origination and structuring. This alliance has strengthened our origination ecosystem for structured funds, adding a corporate finance solutions platform, composed of a team of more than 20 professionals and more than 60 active mandates to the JGP Credit team, which currently has over 25 professionals. This association originated JGP Financial Advisory.
