João Paulo Cavalcanti

Partner and one of those responsible for the Execution/Middle Department of the Mergers and Acquisitions operations. Previously, he worked at Banco BTG Pactual and Grupo Lafarge. He participated in the development of economic and financial evaluations and M&A processes, working in several sectors such as health, retail, food, education, shopping centers, real estate, among others. He graduated in Economics from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and has a Master’s degree in Finance and Management Control from COPPEAD-UFRJ (Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) with an extension course from the School of Business Administration, University of San Diego.
