Flavio Pietro

He is a Partner at JGP Real Estate and a Real Estate fund manager. Flavio has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, having worked across all stages of the real estate investment and business management cycle. Prior to joining JGP in 2024, he coordinated more than BRL 1 billion in investments in assets across Brazil, in addition to leading the Development, Finance, Investor Relations, and Structured Operations areas at companies such as Gafisa (2021–2023), Alqia (2014–2021), and Gafisa (2011–2014). Flavio has also held positions at Rossi Residencial (2010–2011), Elvas Incorporações (2008–2010), and Carioca Engenharia (2004–2008). He holds a degree in Engineering from UFF, an Executive MBA from COPPEAD, an ELD from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and CGA | CGE certifications (ANBIMA).
